A Leading Pharmaceutical Companies in Amman announcing to fill the following position:
Production Pharmaceutical Supervisor/Sr. Supervisor.
Responsibilities
include Direct shift operations in accordance with the production schedule, GMP and safety regulations.
Communicate clear and objective performance expectations, and provide timely performance appraisals for direct reports.
Approve manufacturing production documents within target timelines to enable timely product lot release.
Collaborate with stakeholder groups such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Facilities Services, Validation, Pharmaceutical Technical Operations and Pharmaceutical R&D to ensure operational success.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Skills:
Technical expertise with manufacturing equipment and processes, Strong technical problem solving, Leadership and team building& Strong interpersonal communication.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. Degree in Pharmacy Experience: Relevant experience in pharmaceutical production and manufacturing.
7+ Years of relevant experience.
2+ years as a Supervisor Positions.
Languages: Excellent Arabic & English language skills (written & oral)
