Monitoring Officer
As a Monitoring Officer, you will coordinate all aspects of Stocks for assigned department.
Responsibilities:
Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock
Oversee storage of products
Coordinate regular inventory audits
Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)
Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)
Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
Analyze data to anticipate future needs
Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Pharmacist.
Two (2) years’ experience in Medical devices Companies.
Working knowledge of computerized inventory control systems(ERP , SAP).
Working knowledge of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel).
Familiarity with medical and surgical supplies and equipment.
