Sales Support Officer
Job Description and Requirements:
- Promoting & selling Forwarding, and other transport services through sales planning, customer contact and to be fully updated with market changes, while properly maintaining customers’ databases, sales reports, and information.
- Achieving department goals through proper sales planning by revising and analyzing data.
- Provide operational services by checking providers for services, negotiating prices, preparing freight offers with the required profit margins and booking the shipments.
- Keeping the customers informed about their offers, shipments, and updates.
- Preparing the required Sales and Marketing Reports.
- Following up on some of the clients' issues, requests, and complaints.
Minimum Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Educational Level: Bachelor Degree
- Job-Related Experience: Min 1 Year of Experience.
