Sales Support Officer

Job Description and Requirements:
  • Promoting & selling Forwarding, and other transport services through sales planning, customer contact and to be fully updated with market changes, while properly maintaining customers’ databases, sales reports, and information.
  • Achieving department goals through proper sales planning by revising and analyzing data.
  • Provide operational services by checking providers for services, negotiating prices, preparing freight offers with the required profit margins and booking the shipments.
  • Keeping the customers informed about their offers, shipments, and updates.
  • Preparing the required Sales and Marketing Reports.
  • Following up on some of the clients' issues, requests, and complaints.
Minimum Requirements/ Qualifications:
  • Educational Level: Bachelor Degree
  • Job-Related Experience: Min 1 Year of Experience.

  • English Language:  Very Good
