About the role

-       Lead the operation with several business groups at Orange Jordan to select, define, design and implement the selected processes for automation. Pipeline of current activities includes working with different units
-       Working closely with quality management team to define the area of improvement and/or optimization for the existing processes
Working closely with business teams, RPA designers, architects, change manager and RPA testers to design the RPA solution in accordance with modeling principles and best practices and business requirements

About you

-       Bachelor degree in Business Administration or engineering 
-       3+ years’ experience in business operations, process analyses, and process re-engineering
-       Continuous improvement mindset and the ability to analyze business processes to identify process improvements and optimization using automation

About you
