Sr. Systems Analyst needed to conduct process analysis, needs assessments, and technical solution analysis to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. The role would act as a liaison between the core processing/customer communications development teams and business stakeholders to make enhancements to existing systems.
The Systems Analyst will support mainframe systems in an environment that produces waterfall deliverables but incorporates Agile methodologies. A successful systems analyst is able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once, is motivated by learning and research, and is extremely flexible to understand and adapt to different methodologies beyond prescriptive ‘textbook’ methods.
Deliverables:
• Functional Requirement Documents
• Process flows/maps
• Data mapping documents
• Documentation of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify systems
• Integration document “APIs”
• prepare prototypes for web and mobile apps
• UML Diagrams
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent training or experience
• 3+ years of related experience in information systems or analytical/testing work

• Ability to organize and manage requirement elicitation sessions
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to react to shifting priorities without compromising any projects
• Aptitude for detail and accuracy
• Ability to understand complex systems
• Ability to interact diplomatically with individuals on all levels
• Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC); familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Endpoint integrations experience a plus
• Mobile development experience a plus
• UI/UX experience a plus
