Health Insurance Team Member


What
Following up on provided health services and related activities, in addition to handling health insurance needs and issues to ensure the efficiency, quality, and compliance of provided health service within Zain.

How
You will be responsible for :-
  • Continually ensuring that contracted insurance providers meet Zain’s objectives and standards in terms of rates, coverage, associated medical practitioners and facilities, performance…etc. And subsequently provide any recommendations or enhancements.
  • Interacting with insurance providers to review recovery invoices and subsequently handling payments in lines with set policies and procedures, keeping an updated list of approved medical practitioners, hospitals, labs…etc. in addition to collecting information about employee’s treatment details and expenses.
  • Exploring and contacting other insurance providers in the market to check and compare the latest offerings with the current insurance policy.
  • Updating insurance subscriptions by adding new employees and canceling former ones, in addition to following up on insurance claims and verifying insurance eligibility and coverage details for medical cases.
  • Coordinating and handling life insurance procedures in line with set policies and standards in this regard, and keeping concerned parties updated as well as providing them with needed documents.
  • Participating in the provision of health care services through monitoring patients’ status continuously to ensure recovery is arrived at efficiently.
  • Supporting other Divisions such as the Clinic and the Occupational Health, Safety & Environment through participating in the execution of their activities to promote organization-wide healthy practices. 
  • Archiving and updating all health service related activities, including employees’ health records, relevant personal information, treatment details, or invoices.
  • Generating reports regarding insurance expenses, utilization, provider’s performance or any other relevant information.
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

WHAT DO I NEED?
  • You will be required to have Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • You shall have 2 years of relevant experience.
