IT Recruitment Specialist
- Responsible for IT recruitment.
- Develop new job descriptions and update existing ones.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job websites and groups.
- Utilize internal database, social media, and job portals to identify potential candidates.
- Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific requirements.
- Matching qualified candidates to requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidates.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Maintain and update the database throughout the complete life cycle of the recruitment process.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
