Qualifications required:
- BA degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Excellent communication and selling skills
- 5 years of experience as a minimum
- Knowledge in insurance is a plus
Summary of Job Description:
Train, monitor, supervise and manage new and existing sales agents assigned to unit so that the unit succeed in reaching its production targets by achieving targets, generating business through high professional sales techniques, maintain an excellent level of service to existing clients and follow up on clients'' requirement and issues with the various departments in the company.
