USA educational company dedicated to educating and inspiring Muslim and Arab youth by producing and distributing quality educational products is looking to hire qualified candidates to fill the following vacancy for its outsourced Jordanian partners “Al Tadaroj”:
1- Customer Service
Acts as a contact agent with customers, mainly resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Cancel or upgrade accounts. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges. Aids in any activity related to the website & marketing initiatives or any other special projects that includes customer’s interaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in business administration, MIS, marketing, English or related fields.
• 0-7 years of experience.
• High interpersonal and communication skills.
All applicants should have the following basic skills:
• Professional clerical skills.
• Tasks management and time management skills.
• Ability to handle work pressure.
• Excellent command of both Arabic & English languages, written and spoken
