1- Contracts Administrator
Job Summary:
Manages the contract and ensure that company projects are within the budget and claims, risk free, and that all rights and obligations are met from commencement to completion
Proficiency Requirements
Bachelor degree civil engineer.
5 years minimum in tender estimation
Knowledge, Hard / soft skills
FIDIC Knowledge and expertise, contract, agreements, claims, variations and disputes
Construction specification and standards – QCS, general conditions of contracts
Change management, risk management and value engineering
Contract and risk management, quality standards - QHSE
Strong communication skills in English language (both written and spoken)
2- Quantity Surveyor
Job Summary:
Responsible for quantity take off and variations work, the function includes to prepare the detailed bill of quantities as per the tender documents and principle of measurement international (POMI)
Proficiency Requirements
Bachelor degree civil engineering
Minimum 5 years experience as quantity surveyor
Knowledge, Hard / soft skills
Construction specification and standards (Qatar, British, and ACI, General conditions of contract by internal federation of consulting engineers (FIDIC)
Interpretation of shop drawings, Asbuilt drawings, IFC drawing and other relevant documents.
Good verbal & writing command using the English language
Expert in computer application such as AutoCad, Adobe, ERP and MS Office
Strong communication skills in English language (both written and spoken)
3- Cost Control Engineer
Job Summary:
Responsible of setting the company wide budget that will be the basis in monitoring, forecasting and controlling of the actual cost of resources and other expenses.
Proficiency Requirements
Bachelor degree Civil Engineering or Architectural
CERTIFICATION IN AutoCAD, Cost control professional, PMP, RICS, FIDEC, MMUP
Minimum 5 years experience as quantity surveyor, Site, Cost Engineer in a general contracting company
Knowledge, Hard / soft skills
Sound knowledge of cost management, engineering, budgeting and project execution processes
Engineering construction specification (Qatar, British, standards &ACI)
Knowledge of contracts and all Contractual issues, agreements, disputes and other concerns
Computer skills particularly with AutoCAD, ERP and MS Excel
Strong communication skills in English language (both written and spoken)
4- Planning Engineer
Job Summary:
Responsible for the preparation, implementation and monitoring of master schedule in the project site and make sure that the progress dose not deviates from the target plan
Proficiency Requirements
Bachelor degree civil engineering
Minimum 3 years experience as planning engineer, civil engineer
Knowledge, Hard / soft skills
Sound knowledge of project planning management
Knowledge of engineering construction specifications (QCS, BRITISH STANDARDS &ACI)
Knowledge of contacts, quality and safety
Computer application particularly in primavera and MS office
Strong communication skills in English language (both written and spoken)
