We are looking for an IT Director with the passion of work, hands-on and strong web and
mobile technologies knowledge to create a comparison platform link to insurers and
provide consumers great online experience for accurate price.

What will be your work?
• Managing application development process in Agile methodologies
• Delivers the ultimate technical solution to support business decisions
• Open to testing new ideas and trying things outside of your comfort zone
• Produce real-time metrics and regular reports to assess business performance
• Continuous contact with the IT partner/team of each insurance company
• Data driven, cost conscious, scope control, time management and quality delivery
• Participate in product optimization, customer journey, price pages, and coverage
specification sheets
• Help promote a culture that cares about people, reward, fun, result driven…develop
your own
• Help on creating a Team. We are believers on normal people doing extraordinary
deliveries, it’s all about the Team, the Team, the Team
What are we looking for?
MS in Computer Science or Information System with strong entrepreneurship spirit, with
minimum 5 years of experience in development projects and desire of starting IT
infrastructure from scratch and experience on Microsoft products will be valuable.
• Project driven as well as operationally oriented
• Experience with both web and mobile technologies
• Able to manage teams
• Able to communicate both in Arab and English fluently
• An understanding data exchange through XML/web service with internet site
• PMP, Scrum Master, Six Sigma experience is valuable
• Previous auto insurance experience is valuable
• Willing to regularly travel to India and GCC region
• Involvement in other business areas will be a plus
