- Main Duties:
- Answer phone professionally
- Research required information using available resources
- Provide custimers with product and service information
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up customer call where necessary
- Complete call logs
- Complete call reports
- Handling customer's inquiries & information about Alghad products, subscriptions & services
- Resolve customer's complaints and problems by following the troubleshooting process
- Escalate cases that cannot be solved directly online to the call center's support team
- Attracting new customers by contacting them and provide them Alghad subscriptions cost & benefits
- Achieve the required target which has been set by the circulation management
- Coordinating punctual appointments for the new customers and provide them to the subscription section to visit them and sign the contract
