call center agent


Main Duties:
  1. Answer phone professionally
  2. Research required information using available resources
  3. Provide custimers with product and service information
  4. Process orders, forms and applications
  5. Identify and escalate priority issues
  6. Route calls to appropriate resource
  7. Follow up customer call where necessary
  8. Complete call logs
  9. Complete call reports
  10. Handling customer's inquiries & information about Alghad products, subscriptions & services
  11. Resolve customer's complaints and problems by following the troubleshooting process
  12. Escalate cases that cannot be solved directly online to the call center's support team
  13. Attracting new customers by contacting them and provide them Alghad subscriptions cost & benefits
  14. Achieve the required target which has been set by the circulation management
  15. Coordinating punctual appointments for the new customers and provide them to the subscription section to visit them and sign the contract
