Job Placement Senior Coordinator
• Conduct market assessment in the designated areas to identify the employment needs and criteria.
• Establish partnerships with employers in the designated areas to place beneficiaries in entry-level jobs.
• Source beneficiaries based on employers’ needs and criteria.
• Place beneficiaries in decent jobs that adhere to the Jordanian labor law.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in International Development, Business Administration, Education, or any relevant field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Job Placement projects within NGOs/INGOs.
- Experience working with community business partners and building partnerships with employers.
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
