Supply Chain Supervisor is required to work with industrial company located in Al-Qastal industrial area2-air freight road:
Job description
- He/she will assist the supply chain team in all processes of Clearance and shipping to ensure that key processes are running effectively in the dept.
-Will be in charge of matching invoices and shipping documents with placed orders.
-Enter data: invoices, shipping information, purchase orders and receipts into the system
-Will handle out door tasks in coordination with related governmental organizations once needed.
-Will be responsible of all secretarial process; filling, documentation & archiving the data of the dept.
Skills & Abilities required;
- Having Bsc in B.A with at least 2 years' experience in related field
- Excellent command in English
- Must have advanced skills in MS office Ability to work under pressure
- High level communication & organizational skills
- Maintain high privacy & confidentiality of the work place.
- Salary will be decided upon the work experience.
