Position: Sales coordinator & admin
Skills & Qualifications:
• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Assist in preparing and organizing promotional material or events.
• Technical writing, editing and designing proposal and contract documents.
• Maintain records, as a basis for reports to the senior management team.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in both language (English and Arabic).
• Social awareness, attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking.
• Excellent skills in (MS Office).
• Time management.
• Work under pressure.
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.
• 2+ years’ of sales coordination experience.
