Hammoudeh Food Industries is looking to attract a candidate in the position of "Human Resources Officer” as per the following:
Responsibilities:
- Conducting orientation process for new employees.
- Interpreting and advising employees about the internal policies and regulations.
- Dealing with medical insurance issues.
- Conducting evaluation processes.
- Dealing with disciplinary procedures.
- Participating in training and development programs.
- Prepare and maintain department records.
- Update human resources documents, organizational charts, policies and procedures, employee handbook, performance evaluation forms and any other related documents with the Human Resources Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Good knowledge of human resources programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong personality and positive attitude.
- Very Good English language.
