A leading Investment Company in KSA seeking to recruit:

Contracts Manager

1. CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Directs and manages the preparation and administration of contracts required by the Leasing Department.

2. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- Contracts development
- Contracts preparation and administration
- Contracts negotiations 
- Staff supervision

3. CORE FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES:
1. Directs and manages contracts for the leasing department; develops goals, objectives, policies and procedures; request for proposals and ensures adherence to laws, ordinances, policies, rules and regulations.
2. Responsible for the monitoring of all contracts, implements and maintains contracting policies and procedure, to include providing instructions, training and documents templates for use by department personnel.
3. Directs the negotiation of contracts and amendments, and approves or secures authorized approval.
4. Researches, analyzes, reports, interprets and explains KSA legislation and contracting statutes; drafts rules and regulations with a coordination with the legal department for adoption by the department; monitors KSA legislation and regulations affecting contracts.
5. Receives and reviews requisitions and contracts from departments for service; assists department staff with development and interpretation of contractual terms and conditions; interagency and cooperative agreements, resolution of contract disputes / protests and related matters; revises, develops and negotiates contracts; monitors contracts to ensure compliance with legal and contract requirements.
6. Ensures service provider is in compliance with legal requirements related to insurance requirements of KSA laws and regulations.
7. Analyzes contract performance using historical data and performance benchmarks.
8. Advises and guides management to resolve problems and recommends solutions that affect the department’s ability to conform to contracts.
9. Provides leadership and direction to subordinate staff.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
