Required to hire for a factory in Amman Maintenance Supervisor Duties:
1. Schedule, train, supervise and motivate Maintenance team.
2. Inspect the building to determine preventative maintenance needs.
3. Coordinate work performed by outside contractors.
4. Display good organization and time management, prioritize duties and successfully complete duties on time.
5. Identify areas for improvement.
6. Perform troubleshooting to solve minor or major repair issues.
7. Delegate tasks to meet maintenance schedule and satisfy needs
8. Ensure that the team adhere to the requirements of the maintenance safety policy and procedures.
9. Provide suggestions to develop and improve machines and facilities efficiency.
10. Collaboration in modification to plants and equipment to ensure operating capacity.
11. Prepare the required periodical reports.
12. Comply with the international standards and codes. Specifications & Skills:
1. Mechanical or Electrical Engineer; M./E.E., B.S. in M./E.E.. or M.S. in M./E.E..
2. 3-5 years minimum work experience.
3. Excellent knowledge of the international codes and standards.
4. Excellent report writing skills
