PROJECT MANAGER
Manage services business in the care phase for a key account; Is accountable for Care business and all Care phase operations through improvement of customer satisfaction, overall profit and loss responsibility, development of new business and provision of Care phase services.
Actively contributes to the positive development of customer satisfaction. Acts as primary interface towards the customer in the Care phase. Keep and follow up Installed base data. Provide forecast OI/revenue. Provides input to Account Team on issues related to development of care business and maintain on time renewal of care contract. Is responsible for account’s profit and loss for care services. Identifies and develops new service business opportunities within account. Provides leadership for staff and work teams or task forces in broad functional/process areas to solve complex and diverse issues. Integrates the delivery of Care service by multiple work groups to ensure that current and evolving customer needs are met. Plans and monitors care services.
Impact is primarily short term and typically functional, departmental or single geographic in scope through management of resources. Accountable for departmental/ program goals, achievement profitability and cost performance. Actions and errors will normally impact business, program, project, function.
