QA / QC Manger
Job description
To ensure the adherences to the approved Quality system by all operation Divisions, to take the necessary measures to maintain the company's accreditation with the international Quality Certificate applied in the company.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the inspection and examination of all material in compliance with standard
Responsible for the inspection and examination of ready goods before delivery.
Supervising day to day testing procedure for raw material and glass stock sheet used in operation.
Daily /weekly/monthly reports includes but not limited to :-
Material testing.
Improvement areas.
Responsible for all samples/mock up quality submitted to client.
Replying to clients complaints and site visits in case needed
Coordinate and participates in procedure plan with all divisions managers.
Approving and reviewing the quality policy after seeking general manager feedback.
Approval and review of the quality Manual after GM approval.
Schedule the internal audit program and set the dates for implementation.
Coordination with companies and bodies concerned with adopting the company’s approved quality system to determine the dates of external audits.
Issuing preventive measures and treatments after seeking GM approval.
Follow-up on customer complaints and satisfaction survey results
Job Requirements / skills:
Bachelor’s degree preferable in engineering discipline
Training courses in QA/QC
Experience min 2 years the QA/QC positions
Excellent Reporting skills.
Excellent command of statistical tools analysis.
Communication skills / dealing with customers or and suppliers.
Leadership skills.
Good command in English.
Internal audit and ISO experience
