Proposal Specialist
Includes but not limited to the following:

Responsible for reviewing all tender instructions, guidance and relevant documentation
Defines and outlines proposal deliverable based on tender documents and uses own knowledge of the business to facilitate their completion with other departmental personnel involved in the proposals process.
Develops technical and management narratives for assigned proposals based on tender documents
Works with the operations team and other departmental staff to obtain or develop information required for technical and commercial proposal submission
Ensures proposals are prepared in compliance with all Tender instructions, guidance and documentation.
Coordinates responses to clients regarding proposals submitted
Prepares cost estimates and pricing proposals for all services for assigned tenders
Supports production, printing, copying and delivery of proposal documents
Ensure that subordinates comply with MAB’s energy policy, procedures and Energy management system requirements.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Must possess strong communication skills in English both written and spoken
Strong skills in the use of software applications to support document development and preparation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Typically has at least 5 years of experience in proposals  for marketing or business development in the facilities management, hospitality or contracting fields
Should have a minimum of associate’s degree or other formal training in a business-related field. Must possess good communication skills including strong written English
Must be an advanced user of software applications to support proposal development and preparation.
