We are looking for a creative and innovative mid-level UX/UI Designer for three months contract
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Translate technical and business requirements to intuitive and user-centered solutions & prototypes
- Communicate with business team to understand the business goals and objectives
- Communicate with development team & support them in needed assets & design specification
- Plan and implement new designs
- Do usability test and evaluate intuitivity and experience of designed journey
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Create prototypes for new product ideas
- Test new ideas before implementing
- Conduct an ongoing user research
- Build & maintain Design System
Requirements and qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
- UI design portfolio
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Detail oriented
- Critical thinker
- Knowledge of Sketch designing tool
- Problem solver and customer-centered
- Knowledge of Agile-Scrum methodology is a plus
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction & good knowledge of usability heuristics.
