1- Database Developer
JOB PURPOSE/ SUMMARY
Responsible for the upkeep and development of warehouse data to support our business decision
making. Build and maintain a data warehouse design to generate reports on financial and market
intelligence to aid in business performance monitoring and business decision making.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Solve business problems and provide answers to business questions
- Set up, configure, maintain, secure, and tune SQL instances
- Create and update SQL queries as needed
- Design, maintain, and secure SQL databases and other SQL standard tools
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement database backup strategies
- Assist colleagues with query optimization, report generation, and database support
- Monitor databases and troubleshoot performance issues
- Provide feedback on capacity planning, future plans, and database-related trends
- Stay aware of developments in database technologies and explore alternatives
- Plan regular upgrades and migrations of databases
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or any related field.
EXPERIENCE
2-4 years’ experience preferably in mobile gaming companies.

- Experience doing quantitative analysis or similar (manipulation and analysis of large data sets)
- Experience in business intelligence or quantitative analysis using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Firebase, Google Analytics and Periscope.
- Strong knowledge in SQL standard tools such as Big Query, Snowflake, PostgresSQL Database and MySQL Database.
- A solid quantitative background (mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc…) is strongly preferred
2- Data Analyst
JOB PURPOSE/ SUMMARY
Build, define and push the boundaries of games analytics within our apps. Understand, model, predict,
segment and retain our players. Analyze the success of each product against each other to prioritize
resources and identify opportunities.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Support the game team with developing hypotheses and execute qualitative and quantitative tests to understand what resonates with the target audience.
- Provide and analyze metrics on the performance of the games and marketing campaigns to optimize the in-game economy and monetization.
- Write a complex set of SQL queries in order to extract and analyze big, multi-dimensional datasets with statistical modelling and visualization tools.
- Communicate BI insights to relevant stakeholders; send out synopses of company performance to appropriate teams and ensure that action is taken on the data.
- Ability to turn raw data sets into easy to understand, easy to consume visualization tools & dashboards to allow stakeholders to access and visualize KPIs
- Identify/monitor KPIs and flag noteworthy performance.
- Extract data from analytics databases; feed results into BI tools; ensure data is live and up to date.
- Maintain spreadsheets used for tracking and forecasting the business on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain and constantly improve tools, bring new ideas and use best practices that set industry standards
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
