Finance Transformation Analyst
Responsibilities:
Work on finance process improvement projects from discovery and business analyses through execution and implementation
- Analysis and optimization of business processes (finance focused) through process mining with a focus on process discovery, process enhancement and visualization
- Development of innovative solutions for finance processes improvement and linking process mining with processes from the areas data mining and RPA/AI.
- Advice to internal customers on the use of advanced analytics/process mining and development of such use cases within finance community
- Experience in process mining frameworks such as ProcessGold, Celonis, PowerBI and safe handling of SQL
- Ideally, knowledge of statistical forecasting models or common machine learning algorithms, as well as a confident use of Python
- Also working knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic (preferred)
Skills/Competencies:
- Business/finance Major + IT minor
- Basic programming skills (python/R/C++/SQL)
- Prior experience of process improvement is a must gained while working in advisory/audit (minimum 3 years)
- Process and data mining/modelling
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective planning and execution, project management, communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Change management skills
