HR Manager is required to join our team with the following requirements

Proven working experience with Human resources metrics

People oriented and results driven

Knowledge of HR systems

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

In-depth knowledge of labor, tax and SS laws 

Degree in Human Resources or business

6-8 Years’ experience in HR

Good command of English


Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy

Managing the recruitment and selection process

Building KPI’s and departments’ objectives

Measure performance against overall company’s goals

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Manage a performance appraisal system 

Assess training needs 

Report to management and provide decision support
