General Manager
Amcovet Jordan - (Veterinary) is looking for General Manager with following detais:
Accountabilities:
1. Develop the company strategic and operational plans to ensure steady and continual growth of the company.
2. Oversee the execution the business plan and follow up on the achievements.
3. Organize and control all operations in a manner which effectively delivers plans and business outcomes.
4. Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by the company.
5. Develop and oversee the annual operating budget.
6. Ensure all company sections are properly staffed and well equipped to perform duties effectively.
7. Manage the day to day operations of the company in order to meet set business objectives.
8. Drives the company to reach desired sales results, market share and geographic coverage.
9. Maintain collection and debt ages at acceptable levels, and maintain an acceptable balance of goods at the end of the year in line with the general policy of the company.
10. Conduct the risk analysis of assigned operations and manage it in collaboration with the company staff.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Medicine Science, Agriculture (Animal production) Science.
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar field.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Strategic planning and thinking abilities.
- Leading and managing multiple business functions.
- Negotiate effective deals and contracts.
- Sales and Marketing Skills.
- Business English, written and verbal is a must.
- Computer and MS office skills.
