Main Responsibilities:
- Work in an energetic call center environment answering inquiries coming through customer emails, social media or live chat.
- Process customer’s orders and assign to related couriers.
- Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses.
- Handle returns or complaints.
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
- Research answers or solutions as needed.
- Help retain customers by answering customer questions and complaints in a helpful and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Arabic with creative writing skills.
- High interpersonal skills, ability to creating positive interactions with customers.
- Strong communication skills to answer customers clearly.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
