We are looking for a responsible Admin Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Admin Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Responsibilities: • Answer & direct phone calls. • Provide general support to visitors. • Plan meetings & take detailed minutes. • Data entry. • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes & etc... • Develop and maintain a filing system. • Update and maintain office policies and procedures. • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers. • Cash & checks collections ,Manage petty cash Required Skills: • Advanced English & Arabic proficiency. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Advanced computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). • Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
