1- Inside Business Partner


Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Constantly create revenue generating channels from cross selling, upselling and new business streams.
  • Ensure best sales practices to meet customer needs and expectations and capitalize on growth.
  • Enhance customer loyalty by delivering customized tailored solutions.
  • Ensure a healthy balance of revenue growth from organic and new business generation based on proper customer profiling. 
  • Ensure customers are using cost effective services channels and increase use of automation.
  • Regularly reviewing customer performance and targets to ensure coming up with plans to help achieve and exceed targets set.
  • Collect required customer information and documents to ensure proper customer onboarding and efficient operational handover.
  • Ensure customers information are up to date utilizing CRM tools.
  • Support credit collection activities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers on all requests related to quotation and contracts.
  • Approach customers on a daily basis through outbound and inbound calls.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or any other related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Good communication skills (Written and Verbal).
  • A minimum of 2 - 3 years sales experience.
  • Marketing background is a plus.
  • Fluency of Arabic & English language skills.

2- Regional Sales Manager - Long Tail

Job Desceription:

  • Drive Revenue through managing the sales teams to ensure targets are met.
  • Meet with potential and existing core market clients regularly to understand the business challenges and accordingly propose new solutions to increase volume and sales revenue.
  • Review and analyze top customer's performance to identify gaps and ensure the maximum possible growth, minimal attrition rate and avoid losing customers to competitors.
  • Attract new business opportunities in line with the commercial strategy.
  • Negotiate customer's contractual terms and conditions with the contract management department and other stakeholders.
  • Research information regarding best and common practices within the markets competition. 
  • Ensure customer database is always updated through our CRM system.
  • Own the process of setting his annual forecast and AOP (annual operation plan) and align it with the Commercial Heads based on existing customers profiling and data analysis.
  • Coach and mentor sales team to ensure productivity and internal growth within the team leading to career development and succession planning.
  • Support credit collection activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or any other related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • At least 6-8 years sales experience, preferably in transport or express shipping.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Strong customer focus and analytical skills.
  • Fluency of Arabic & English language skills.
