الوصف الوظيفي
·       Assist the CEO in planning daily schedule.
·       Coordinating appointments and meetings, both internal and external.
·       Ensure that office operations are being run smoothly and provide the administrative support needed.
·       Ability to liaise and coordinate effectively with all organization’s departments.
·       Maintain office services and organize office operations and procedures.
·       Handle students’ inquiries and complaints and provide the assistance needed for the students on their inquiries and issues.
·       Operate and maintain office equipment, such as computers and copy machines.
·       Greeting guests and visitors and provide them with general support needed.
·       Answering incoming phone calls.
·       Coordinating CEO’s international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
·       Design and implement filing and archiving systems.
·       Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
·       Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
·       Handle paperwork and filing.
·       Ensuring the office remains clean and organized

المهارات
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Management, Business or any related field is strongly preferred.
2-5 year experience in office management or administration assistance is preferred.


Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Arabic and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem resolution skills.
Goal oriented and highly ethical.
Strong computer skills and expertise with Microsoft Office Suite.
Time-management skills
Strong attention to details

Assistant Professor - Interior Design and Architecture

·      Foster academic excellence in teaching and learning skills;
·      Attend and participate in school meetings;
·      Participate in activities relating to LTUC programs, courses, governance, etc., or community activities which impact on, or are impacted by, LTUC and which contribute to the growth and development of students, the university college and the community;
·      Participate in developing the demand driven Bachelor Degree Program, inclusive learning materials and operation plans;
·      Commit to success of bachelor degree students with divers goals, background and learning styles through providing support and learning assistance;
·      Serve the college through any of the following; curriculum development and implementation, development of innovative instructions, monitor students’ progress, representation of college related to industry and awareness campaigns;
·      Provide assistance in introducing teaching material and teaching methodologies to lecturers and coaches;
·      Coordinate the development, administration and grading of all written and practical exams as well as other assessments.
·      Create and update course  outlines, descriptions with clearly stated course objectives and outcomes;

المهارات
The successful candidate will
·       Have a Ph.D. in the above mentioned fields and at least 5 years working experience
·       Have at least 3 years of teaching experience
·       Be experienced in developing curriculum and learning materials
·       Very good English language (reading, writing and speaking)
·       High level of flexibility and adaptability
·       High level of organizational skills
