Hammoudeh Food Industries Co. is looking to attract a candidate in the position of "Human resources officer” as per the following:
Responsibilities:
• Handle the responsibility of employee’s attendance.
• Responsible of monthly payroll process.
• Conducting all issues related to resignations and end of services.
• Handling the responsibility of work clearance issues.
• Providing counseling on adopted policies and procedures.
• Handling all overtime issues.
• Giving support of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Following up work accidents procedures with the related parties.
• Interpreting and advising employees about the internal policies and regulations.
• Participating in recruitment process as required.
• Maintain department records.
• Providing related work reports to the management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in human resources.
• Good knowledge in human resources management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Very Good English language.
