1- Technical Livelihood Assistant - Site "Internals Only"

Our Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate with a 1 years of experience. Previous experience in outreach. Previous experience working with NGO. Working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English. We are particularly looking for a positive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills,
who can build trust and confidently navigate both internally and externally at different levels, to have the ability to analyze data and trends for informed decisions and Capacity building skills.In this position, you will join highly motivated and Experienced Staff who are making a difference to the most vulnerable people in the world's biggest displacement crisis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Livelihood Team Leader, the Livelihood Technical Assistant will be responsible of managing the daily activities on the site. The TA will directly supervise the attendance of labourers, monitor their wokr, provide them with needed materials, and manage the collection of attendance and payment on the site. The work will take place in Deir Alla and North Ghoor, and the TA should have interest in working outdoors throughout the year.

Specific responsibilities:
- Ensures that the site activities are implemented as per the workplan
- Resolves conflicts that may arise with CfW labourers concerning payment, performance, working hours, on-site services, or any other issues that may arise.
- Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports; escalating project completion impediments.
- Directly manage incentive labourers doing various tasks on the site, take attendance and prepare the attendance sheets, service contracts, weekly payments and keep track of performance.
- Facilitate meetings and awareness sessions with beneficiaries in the targeted areas regarding the CfW project.

Generic responsibilities:
- Adhere to NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines.

- Assist a range of support with the implementation of the Core Competency portfolio according to plan of action.
- Implements independently procedures and activities within own function or core competency as delegated.
- Responsible for organizing and delivery of tasks in line with priorities and standards.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the specialist area of work in which technical assistance and support is being provided, in order to be most effective in supporting the team.
- Use initiative in day to day problem solving in line with agreed procedures, priorities and standards for the area of work.
- Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.
- Ensure proper filing of documents.
- Promote and share ideas for improvement in your area of expertise.
- Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC.

The Livelihood Technical Assistant- Information Management will be responsible of accurate data entry for Cash for Work Project. Under to supervision of Information Management Technical Officer, s/he will be responsible of supporting the registration of labourers, collecting the attendance sheets and comparing them with the digital attendance, producing labourer IDs, data entry to multiple databases. S/he will spend 90% of her/his time on the field. Attention to detail is a must for the the Livelihood Technical Assistant- Information Management position. 
Specific responsibilities:
•Support the Information management Technical Officer in providing quality control and oversight of the data that is being collected, and identify and address errors in collection or input.
• Ensure that data collected daily and verifies the accuracy of information in the field
• Responsible for the data entry to two main databases and cross checks the data is matching
• Supports the registration campaign by digital means, and supports the registration process
• Support in the CFW department archiving system, both soft and hard copies.

Under the supervision of the Livelihood Team Leader, the Livelihood Technical Assistant-Community Outreach will be responsible of all outreach activities for the Cash for Work Project in Deir Alla. She/He will implement the advertisement for labourers, CBO collaborations, registration and information provision for Cash for Work project.

Specific responsibilities:
• Ensures that the outreach activities are implemented as per the work plan
• Supports the Field Activities upon need and as instructed by the team leader once the outreach activities end.
• Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports.
• Facilitates meetings and awareness sessions with beneficiaries in the targeted areas regarding the CfW project.
• Registers beneficiaries interested in the project through the registration tools while ensuring the process and selection criteria are transparent to all beneficiaries

• Participates in recruitment, training and orientation of Cash for Workers in the CfW project in coordination with the line manager and the site leaders.
• Maps and identifies CBOs and stakeholders in the targeted areas to cooperate with in the implementation CfW project.
• Coordinates with local authorities and relevant stakeholders for the issuance of any documents needed for the Cash for Workers.
• Ensures all the selected Cash for Worker participating in the project have all the required documents for signing the contracts.
• Support other project teams on site when needed as indicated by the line manager

4-  livelihood Team Leader-CFW "Internals Only"

Duties and responsibilities

We are particularly looking for a positive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can build trust and confidently navigate both internally and externally at different levels, to have the ability to analyze data and trends for informed decisions and Capacity building skills.In this position, you will join highly motivated and Experienced Staff who are making a difference to the most vulnerable people in the world's biggest displacement crisis.

The Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day site management of the Livelihood Cash for Work activities. This TL will directly supervise the CfW activities on two sites in Deir Alla and North Ghoor. She/He will coordinate with project partners, relevant government stakeholders, and project beneficiaries, as well as manage the work on the sites from the recruitment to completion of the work, logistics, the procurement of site materials, and the tracking of labourer attendance and payments. This will require a person with previous experience managing site activities who can manage multiple responsibilities at once, and who has experience in working closely with beneficiaries. 

Specific responsibilities

•Supervise site team and daily activities starting from recruitment till the completion of the work on the field
•Develop a site work plan for all laborers and ensure it is followed by Technical Assistants and beneficiaries
•Monitor and verify laborer attendance
•Compile attendance lists to be sent to the Information Management team on a weekly basis • Procure site tools and materials as needed
•Coordinate with site partners regularly to ensure needed support and oversight is provided
•Report site activities on a weekly basis to Project Coordinator
•Make sure all partners, beneficiaries and staff on the field comply with the SOPs and guidelines
•Lead all associated reporting activities complying with donor specifications
•Any other responsibility as indicated by the line manage.
