Hotel Shop is looking for a creative Graphic Designer who has the talent and technical skills required to take an idea from concept through production. We need someone who has experience across a variety of mediums ATL and BTL levels.
The ideal candidate is someone willing to research and experiment, has the ability to brainstorm within the team and is someone that stays current with graphic design trends and gets excited about the work.
What you’ll do:
- Create artworks that creatively convey a message.
- Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and social media platforms
- Create designs that reflect the brand identity.
- Effectively designs in a clean, well-structured, easily maintainable format
- Proactively suggest creative content/designs based on a solid understanding of strategic objectives
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
- Ability to work on video animations is a plus.
If You Have the Following…. We Want to Hear From You!
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- At least 5-6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer preferably, preferably with an agency background.
- Experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Possess a solid understanding of design and user experience, leverage data where possible to ensure maximizing usability
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment
- Able to meet deadlines and follow internal processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
