Position: Sales Manager
Key responsibilities:
-Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
-Meet planned sales goals & Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
-Track sales goals and report results as necessary and take corrective measures when needed by offering and monitor after sales support, solving customer issues
-Coordinate with marketing team to achieve organization short and long-term objectives.
-Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
Qualification:
- BSc degree in Business/Marketing/Sales or any related,
- Must have minimum 3 years proven experience in a managerial level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in customer relationship management.
