Corporate Operations Leader


Job description:
  • Develop strategy and implementation for the future of the Last-Mile Process. 
  • Lead the implementation of the Last-mile strategy and digital transformation through the network in the regional office and Operations managers in each Country. 
  • Work side by side with the digital transformation team to align the Last-mile digital transformation plan with all stations across the network. 
  • Successfully lead the last-mile team to deliver Innovation and Renovation projects to the network until project closure. 
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and vision to the Last-Mile organization with a keen eye toward operational excellence, leveraging systems, and processes to maximize efficiency and productivity of the operations. 
  • Continually identify, develop and execute new areas for cost savings, working capital efficiency, and operational improvement.
  • Develop and achieve essential delivery performance and quality metrics of the last mile.

Job Requirements:
  • Strong Communication skills verbally and written.
  • Have interest in researching new technologies and staying up to date.
  • Ability to manage projects that involve multiple teams, departments, stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze Current processes and improve them.
  • Statistical and Analytical skills and tools.
  • 5 to 7 years Operations experience in medium to large scale companies with Ecommerce or last mile Operations.
  • Experience in Last mile Delivery operations.
  • Operational experience on the ground implementing projects and managing people.
  • Preferably Studied Industrial Engineering, Supply chain, logistics or MIS.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Computer skills is a must.
