An international and leading FMCG company is looking for Industrial Performance/Continuous improvement Manager to Join a team based in a highly challenging environment and take on the responsibility of the role.
Requirements:
- University degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field, preferable in FMCG.
- Experience in Problem-Solving Process Tools like fishbone and route cause analysis.
- Professional in computerized system and Microsoft office specially the excel.
- Working on improvement lean, six sigma, KIZEN, TPM, DMAIK and manufacturing excellence.
- Cross-functional experience with experience of working with Management.
- Experience in leading teams with success.
Main Duties:
1- Design and communicate the company continuous excellence strategy and roll out plan for the market and factory.
2- Lead, facilitate & monitor the implementation of process improvement initiatives within the factory.
3- Ensure Implementation of continuous improvement tools and best practices within the factory.
4- Lead the continuous improvement cycle (PDCA), track it with all the factory tram.
5- Ensure co-ordination of continuous improvement team activities (training, team formation, monitoring of progress, information sharing).
6- Coordinate and monitor execution of continuous excellence roll out within own Unit in the Function and report to relevant stakeholders.
7- Responsible for the effective establishment of appropriate Function Pillars for the Unit in the Function.
8- Mastering Pillar Methodology, Pillar Management Routines and implementation plan, Use Pillar Assessment Techniques.
9- Participates to the Function GA Pillar Meeting as member.
10- Monitor of performance and deliverables.
11- Remove road blocks and solve issues.
12- Develop the competency of the factory team in terms of the continuous improvement principles, mythologies and the improvement tools.
13- Participate and coach the daily, weekly and monthly KPIs review meetings and address corrective & preventive actions accordingly.
14- Participated in a major change initiative, ideally without direct supervision, in a complex environment.
15- Institutionalization of results and make it as a routine. (SDCA)
16- Setting Objectives & KPIs and continuously track the progress against the targets, and report it with the stakeholders.
17- Set and track the rewards & Recognition System and continuously monitor the system effectiveness.
