Technical Support Engineer:
This position requires hands-on experience across a wide IT scope. From PC hardware, IT infrastructure (hardware and software), software application and O/S support experience (including installation, configuration and troubleshooting). In short have hands-on experience supporting all levels of IT infrastructure whether on Windows, including wired and wireless networking.

* Jordanian Male, 1-3 years of experience maximum in above fields.
* Good level in English- writing, reading, and speaking is a must
* MCSE and CCNA is an advantage
* Knowledge or certification in DELL products
*Good knowledge in trouble shooting network problems and connectivity to the internet.
* Good knowledge in trouble shooting Windows problems.
* Experience in Windows Server maintenance.
*Microsoft windows Server & Domain Controller implementation and administration
*Good knowledge in backup systems/ appliances
*Good knowledge in end point protection and anti-virus
* Provides direct support in the day-to-day operations on network hardware, software, and OS.
* Provides end-user “Help Desk” technical support.
* Working experience across various cisco Routers and switches. * Firewall configuration experience.
* NAS\SAN storages installation and configuration.
* Access points installations and management.
* Experience with virtualized environments such as VMware\HyperV.
* Driving License and personal car is a must
