What is Express Uniform

We are a new Uniform Company called Express Uniform based in Amman, hoping to reach all our clients to provide them with a high duty uniform.

Job Description: Social Media and Minor Secretary role (Part time). 
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams, or your direct manager.
- Communicate and promote our product with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Provide constructive feedback and hand in reports regularly
- Answer phone calls, emails and social media platforms and redirect them when necessary
- File and update contact information of customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports, develop and maintain filing system.
- Help Making appointments and arrangement to the company sales representative.
- You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part for your direct manager.
- Manage the daily agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Easily convert blogs to videos and video editing

Job qualifications requirements 

- 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Graduated or a university student in BSc in Marketing or relevant field
- Relevant work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Familiarity with office organisation and optimization techniques
- time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English (It will be tested).
- Proficiency in MS Office (it will be tested).
