Microfund for Women is a leading Microfinance company, currently seeking to hire a “Marketing and Communications Officer”, the candidate must have a BA in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration or any related field with a 3 years minimum related experience in content writing and management.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Write clear, attractive copy/content with a distinct voice, this includes contents for (Annual report, Company profile, SMS, Website and newsletters), in both Arabic and English languages.
- Logistics management and filing, documentation and administration role.
- Interpret copywriting briefs to understand the company’s projects’ requirements.
- Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages).
- Conduct high-quality research and interviews
- Edit and proofread copy as needed
- Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
- Source images and other content
- SMS system management and documentation
- Website supervision, monitoring, reporting and liaising
- Management of the department’s store and inventory including documentation and reporting
- Field visits to branches for marketing and branding monitoring and reporting and follow up.
- Any other duties as delegated by the direct Manager or Department Director.

- إدارة اللوجيستيات والإيداع والتوثيق ودور الإدارة.
- تفسير ملخصات كتابة الإعلانات لفهم متطلبات مشاريع الشركة.
- التعاون مع المصممين والعلاقات العامة وغيرهم من المتخصصين في مشاريع التسويق الكبيرة والصغيرة (مثل حملات البريد الإلكتروني والصفحات المقصودة).
- إجراء البحوث والمقابلات عالية الجودة
- تحرير النسخة وتصحيحها حسب الحاجة
- استخدم مبادئ تحسين محركات البحث لتعظيم وصول النسخ
- صور المصدر والمحتويات الأخرى
- إدارة وتوثيق نظام الرسائل القصيرة
- الإشراف على الموقع والمراقبة والإبلاغ والاتصال
- إدارة مخزن القسم والمخزون بما في ذلك الوثائق والتقارير
- زيارات ميدانية للفروع من أجل مراقبة التسويق والعلامات التجارية وإعداد التقارير والمتابعة.
- أية مهام أخرى يفوضها به المدير المباشر أو مدير القسم.

- Possibility of driving inside and outside Amman
