Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor’s Degree in business Administrator or any related filed.

Excellent English language

3+ years of relevant experience

Office 365 Skills

Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present to various audience types including C-Level executive

Superior communication skills

Very Organized 

Follow up skills

As a Personal Assistant, you will be at the heart of the organization. Working alongside the CEO, you will prove invaluable in helping support him with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative and secretarial work.

A brilliant multi-tasker, the Personal Assistant job role is wide ranging. From project managing, organizing diaries, keeping notes and scheduling meetings to setting up conferences and assisting with travel trips, a Personal Assistant can expect to enjoy a busy but varied day. 


The role of a Personal Assistant is such an important one in any business. PA duties can include everything from helping with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking including Minutes of Meetings. The Personal Assistant can also expect to answer phone calls, take notes, schedule meetings and send emails on behalf of the CEO as well as organize events.

You may also have to manage the personal accounts of CEO social media. As you will be working so closely with the management team, you will not only learn so much about the company but you will also play such an important role and gain so much experience in helping to run a business.


Personal Assistant tasks are different from company to company but here are some of the main PA responsibilities:

Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments. Many PAs control access to the CEO.

Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.

Organizing events and conferences.

Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.

Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Managing databases and filing systems.

Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.

Collating and filing expenses.

Conducting research on behalf of the manager.

Organizing the CEO’s personal commitments including travel or homecare.
