1- AML Officer

Description

1. Job Purpose :

The job holder is exercising reasonable effort in preparing reports on suspicious operations according to the data available and the information obtained on the client's activity, and adhering to the recommendations of the local and international supervisory and regulatory authorities and best practices. 

2. The job entails exposure to:

  • Verify due diligence procedures for new customers and existing customers, and for "Know Your Customer" information.
  • Conducting a periodic review of the “Know Your Customer” records to ensure that they are complete and comply with the instructions and circulars of the Central Bank.
  • Maintaining continuous contact with clients to update the client's file continuously.
  • Working on the systems used by the company to control or reduce the risks of money laundering and terrorist financing.
  • Monitor clients' financial operations and compare them with the customer's due diligence information and the extent to which it is consistent with the size and nature of his activity and conduct appropriate investigations regarding extraordinary transactions.
  • Follow-up of high-risk clients' records, reporting suspicious activities.
  • Receive information and reports directly from employees about unusual or suspected operations related to money laundering or terrorist financing, examine them and take the appropriate decision regarding notifying or saving the anti-money laundering unit.
  • Notifying the unit immediately upon detection of operations suspected of being linked to money laundering or terrorist financing.
  • Keeping tabs on developments in the systems, practices and techniques of money laundering and terrorist financing, and updating indicators related to combating money laundering and terrorist financing.

Requirements

Education:  Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field 

Work Experience: a minimum of 1 – 3 years in related field

2- Consumer Marketing Retention Officer

Description

1. Job Purpose: 

Responsible for the consumer from first contact throughout the entire lifetime of a relation and obtain successful retention efforts. Responsible for understanding consumer needs and accordingly develop marketing strategies & implement campaigns to retain consumers, reduce churn, and increase loyalty & engagement.

2. The job entails exposure to:

  • Analyze consumer behavior, create segments and initiate action plans
  • Launch retention campaigns, abide to Product launching process
  • Launch frequent Campaigns in timely manner on all communication channels relevant to the segments
  • Develop A/B testing on campaigns
  • Monitor campaigns and propose rectifying actions to enhance pickup rate
  • Explore new communication channels
  • Create dashboards to Report KPIs on frequent manner (daily, weekly, monthly)

3- Core Network Planning Supervisor

Description

1. Job Purpose: 

Responsible for preparing solutions design with making the needed analysis and acting technical lead in projects, managing Marketing requirements/expectations, executing capacity planning activities and managing products life cycle, and Identifying innovative solutions and products for Core network PS systems.

2. The job entails exposure to:

  • Create capacity planning standards and guidelines for network’s continued expansion for the Core Network PS systems.
  • Handle proof of concept testing and network design solutions for Core network PS systems.
  • Plans, designs and dimensions (hardware and software) the elements of the Core Networks PS systems.
  • Designs and dimensions the intra- and inter-connectivity with other networks and/or high-level elements of the network (e.g. MSS, MGW, MME, SGSN, S/P-GW, GGSN, MGCF, BSC, RNC, etc…).
  • Handle onsite survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance with cooperation with Core Network Operation Team.
  • Orders hardware, features, functionalities and software releases for the Core Networks PS systems.
  • Studies new technologies and proposes improvements in the Core Networks PS area.
  • Prepares customer solutions in the Core Networks PS systems.
  • Support network development, system acceptance test criteria and performance applications.
  • Monitors daily reports of the Core Network PS systems and works to solve issues that might arise.
  • Documents all projects detail such as HLD, LLD, topology, etc…
  • Contacts vendors, exchanging information for software and hardware upgrades/features/licenses. 
  • Working on optimizing Core Network PS systems in order to improve it to follow network evolution and customer’s satisfactions. 
  • Drive evolutions of Core Network PS systems in scope based on NFV model.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering.

Experience: 5 years of experience in related field.

Knowledge and Skills :

  • Knowledge of mobile Core Network concepts, systems, architectures and communication flows.
  • Knowledge in cloud and NFV networks.
  • Deep knowledge in solutions for Packet switching systems.
  • Knowledge of signaling systems, e.g. SS7, SIGTRAN.

4- Customer Value Management Supervisor

Description

1. Job Purpose 

Oversee customer onboarding and efficiently guide customer journey to increase the customer lifetime value. Responsible for creating and managing Customer Value Management (CVM) campaigns that hits business targets including tenure, revenue and engagement. 

2. The job entails exposure to:

  • Manage customer value management team
  • Responsible for achieving CVM targets
  • Enhance existing CVM framework and develop new strategies of real-time cross/up sell through micro-segmentation approach
  • Utilize big data to analyze customers behaviors and enable in campaign management
  • Synchronize AI machine learning based models to enrich micro segmentation & better targeting (Right message, through Right Channel, at Right Time, to Right Audience)
