extensya is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join us at Amman site.
General skills:
- Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading and writing).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent typing and writing skills.
- Good knowledge of basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, internet, e-mail).
- Customer Service oriented.
- Sales experience is a huge plus.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers over non voice channels (chat and email).
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and overcome objections.
- Able to handle queries in a pressure environment.
- Should be capable of handling issues and complaints by providing solutions to customers.
- Time flexibility towards shifts as per work requirements.
