Technical Support Administrator
Years: 2-3 years of experience.
Network support duties:
Optimize the performance of information and telecommunication systems and networks.
Interact with external clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide answers in a timely manner.
Maintain logical and rational network IT environments.
Be responsible for managing stability of network communications, and analyzing and solving network outages, or routing issues.
Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining network infrastructure.
Contribute in the assessment of the hazards and determining operational controls for activities and processes that are within their responsibilities.
Ensure the Optimization of the performance of information and telecommunication systems and networks.
Maintain the confidentiality of internal and external information.
Systems support duties:

Administrates Microsoft Active Directory.
Manages Windows based network Infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, WINS and Remote access servers).
Installs, configures Microsoft Server Class OS.
Administrates Microsoft Exchange Server.
Evaluates, tests, and deploys all software and hardware upgrades to the server infrastructure.
Monitors all servers, applications and services using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and SLA’s.
Performs regular and on-demand system backups and recoveries.
Rigorously creates and maintains documentation for all processes and procedures.
