1- Accounts Payable Team Member

Job Description

What will you do? 

You will be responsible for performing all Accounts Payable activities in Zain, receiving and processing payment invoices as well as daily reconciliations. 

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Preparing various financial reports, financial statements and balance sheets including income and loss statements, tax computations and returns, cost accounting reports, account reconciliation…etc. on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annually basis, and maintaining related documents according to the set policies and procedures. 
  • Collecting information and preparing general ledger accounts, journal entries, as well as documenting monetary transactions accordingly.
  • Processing Accounts Payable transactions and ensuring they are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing and validating vendors/ suppliers accounts, resolving any inconsistencies upon balances or reconciliations, and taking necessary actions accordingly.
  • Recording all transactions such as petty cash, checks, credit cards, income tax payments on database management systems (e.g. Oracle) for future references.
  • Handling of income and social tax payments as well as preparing related statements for the department of income and sales tax. 
  • Communicating with external parties such as auditors, actuaries, bankers…etc. as well as responding to vendors’ inquiries, negotiating terms and reconciling their statements.
  • Developing and maintaining a financial data base for all financial statements, records and documents.
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

What Do You Need to Qualify

The Suitable Candidate Should Fit The Below Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Good command in English language.

2- Call Center Technical Agent - ISP (Part-time)

Job Description

Zain Jordan is actively recruiting for a Contact Center Agent. You will serve as the first point of contact between Zain and our loyal customers, and you will be assisting them in a professional manner that will reflect our Zain values and mission.


Your daily tasks will be:

 - Providing technical assistance to customers subscribed to Enterprise, Broadband , ETTH, FTTH and Hosting services

- Providing assistance concerning billing and service terms and procedures to customers

- Resolving the customers problems through guidance, recommending proper solution(s), and proposing adequate enlightenments in a timely and effective manner.

- Conducting campaigns with various purposes such as research, customer satisfaction and retention ...etc, aiming at enhancing customer’s experience and their loyalty to Zain.

- Extending job knowledge by constantly following up on the new offered services and products by Zain and other competitors through attending training sessions, applying self-learning techniques …etc.

- Promoting Zain’s current and new offers, products, and services by approaching customers in a professional manner, gaining their interest, and perceiving their preferences and necessities in order to provide them with the right offers that match their needs.

- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.


- Working Hours will be 6 to 8 hours / per day as a max.

What Do You Need to Qualify

The suitable candidate should fit the below requirements:

3- CRM and Business Analyst Intern 

Job Description

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the IT department for a one year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Your tasks will be:

  • ​Monitoring systems’ and applications’ performance and ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of systems, as well as analyzing deployed products and subsequently reporting developmental areas to improve functionality of systems.
     
  • Modifying, implementing and proposing a finalized design of Relational Database Management (RDBM) systems within the company, as well as troubleshooting problems that may arise and recommending on suitable corrective and preventive action in that regard.
     
  • Ensuring consistency of design elements and interactive behaviors within the integration middleware and across entire projects.
     
  • Knowledge in OO programming and methodologies.
     
  • Knowledge in react technology and other UI/UX technique.
     
  • Managing the archiving, documentation and reporting processes to ensure proper utilization of the systems in line with function’s requirements and overall business objectives.
     
  • .Net programming knowledge is a plus
