Electrical Panel Section Head Petra Engineering Industries Co.; a market leader in the design and manufacture of high quality commercial and industrial HVAC equipment; seeks to hire Electrical Panel Section Head with the following:
Main Duties:
• Ability to meet all the requirements requested from the Electrical panel Section such as: Production schedules, quality of the product, and ability to solve all the problems related.
• Follow up the work within the department by following up team members and the workplace’s organization.
• Ability to improve the production and to accelerate the work in it through looking for new ways and methods to shorten long production processes.
• Planning and organizing production schedules.
• Making sure that Health and Safety regulations are met.
• Overseeing production processes.
• Manage and supervise all Electrical Panel Section staff (Engineers and Technicians).
• Organizing relevant training sessions. Qualifications:
• BS in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Switchgear Electrical Panel Manufacturing or similar field.
• Management experience especially in the Production Field. • Able to work under pressure.
• Able to plan, organize, and prioritize workload.
• Very good command in Microsoft tools.
