A leading Real-estate & Construction company in (Mecca) are looking for (Architectural Project Manager).
Responsible for planning and overseeing a specific project or a wide range of different construction projects from beginning to end. They balance the budget, keep track of supplies, collaborate with subcontractors, and ensure all regulations are met and permits acquired.
Requirements:
* Preferably Saudi or any Arab nationalities. in Mecca
* Must have BSc in (Architectural Engineering).
* PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
* Should have 8+ year of experience in construction companies or projects.
* Having an excellent Arabic & English language.
Salary up to 30,000 SAR + other benefits.
