Marketing Expert - Smart Life and IoT


Education & Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with experience in all aspects of life cycle.
  • Strong general understanding and vision for IoT hardware, software, and technical requirements. Experience with IoT and smart home technology is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with emerging technologies and/or Smart Home.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft office, specially Excel.
  • Excellent command in Arabic & English languages (written & spoken).


Key Accountabilities:


  • Manage product lifecycle from end to end, including developing value propositions and business cases for new products.
  • Work with several departments to Launch and deploy unique customer experience through dedicated services and and offers.
  • Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage partnerships across technology, marketing, and go-to-market disciplines.
  • Launching Products and Services by designing & developing product concepts, business models, market segmentation, and Media Communications.
  • Develop detailed profiles of target customers data and niche market opportunities based on in-depth knowledge of smart home and/or IoT market.
  • Create Orange Smart life device manufacturer partnership strategy to bring compelling experiences to customers.
  • Manage both executive and working level relationships with large smart home device partners in target segments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and senior management to execute on the relationships.
  • Building the strategy for the next generation of smart homes, keeping up to date with new technology trends and opportunities and disruptive business models.
  • Interface with high-level partners and internal teams to gather business requirements for software and hardware.
  • Build product Roadmap to roll out new products and product versions. Diversify product line and value-added services to address key market areas.
  • Make regular reports to senior management on product KPIs, development timeline, marketing strategy, competitive intelligence, compliance laws, and relevant market trends.
  • Develop communication briefs highlighting the targeted segment, message to customers & communication channels used within available budget while identifying the value proposition.
  • Coordinate and work with all concerned departments all the time to ensure delivering best value propositions, facilitating customer journey, and increase customer satisfaction.
