Vacancy - Senior Planning Engineer - FMCG
A well-known company in Saudi Arabia is seeking for (Senior Planning Engineer) to join our Planning Team to establish the most effective Demand and Supply planning strategy.
Responsibilities
Determine and communicate forecast confidence, including risks and opportunities, to the Supply & Sales Teams.
Work with varied business units to understand demand, variances, and unplanned needs.
Implementation of the Monthly S&OP forecast process.
Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver the results to sales leadership.
Establish annual forecast accuracy targets.
Prepare / amend all production plans that will ensure the availability of finished goods for sale at the right time and right quantity.
Send the orders of all outsourced Finished Goods to the Purchasing dept. and Suppliers and monitor deliveries to ensure products availability.
Prepare Feed requirements routinely to top management for sourcing the shortages and acting on surplus.
The candidate must have:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in planning specially in FMCG or Industrial fields.
Great English language proficiency.
Decision making capability.
Good Communication Skills
