We are looking for a passionate Finance Director to join the eon Dental team in Amman, Jordan! eon Dental is a high impact medical tech company growing at a neck breaking speed. We are a team of 200+, dedicated to making eon Dental a leading global player in the clear aligner space and dental services industry.
As Finance Director, you will be part of the executive team driving the highest levels of decision making in the organization. Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for driving financial analytics and strategic decisions across every business vertical.
You will be joining a top notch team operating at the forefront of the industry, and working closely with every director of the organization to help drive the business goals.
You need to be able to operate effectively in a fast moving work environment that demands agility, speed, and top performance. Your role will be broad and strategic in which several activities are covered:
- Monitoring business performance and cash flow
- Overseeing budgets and ensuring everyone sticks to them
- Leading the Finance & Accounting teams
- Developing advanced financial models that accurately forecast our performance
- Cross functional strategic planning
- Valuation and investment strategies
- Direct interaction with the board of Directors and external investors

Having Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is mandatory. Master’s is a plus along with any well-known professional certificate such as CFA, CIA, CPA, or CMA.
