Product Specialist
- Main requirement:
- Good experiences & background in analytical chemistry lab
- Ability to self-teach on new analytical technologies and analytical methods
- Typical Job activities:
- Support sales teams in understanding customer needs and application
- Doing the practical experimental and running analytical instruments & make sure that instruments meets the working standard.
- Conducting presentation for the customers and train customers to use the instruments according to their needs
- Train the sales & service Eng.s and provide the needed support for the instruments on which he/she is responsible for
- Generate documentation related to the operation of the instruments, methods or related to work conducted
- Build strong relationship with customers and keep follow up with customers to fulfil their needs and wants
- Provide company management with required reports
- Develop sales & marketing strategies aligning with other departments

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
· 2-4+ years’ experience in analytical, pharmaceutical, food, research or academic labs
· Strong working knowledge of all MS Office Tools
· Working knowledge of CRM system. Quick Base CRM knowledge is a plus
· Willing and able to travel throughout Middle East when required.
· Fluent in English & Arabic is a must
· Driving license is a Must.
